Diversified Services Australia Pty. Ltd. is a leader in the installation of Public Utilities by trenchless technology and excavation methods. The Company remains dedicated to servicing the needs of the civil engineering/utility industry and to furthering the improvements of our product quality, marketing, and customer service. The Company is committed to the task of implementing and maintaining an effective quality system, which has objectives of:
· Complying with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 as defined in the Company’s quality manual, plans, policies, procedures, field instructions and forms · Meeting or exceeding our customer’s needs and expectations through, service, technical innovation, follow up support, quick response , courteous and timely behaviours, · Ensure a consistently high standard of quality in our work processes, · Ensure an ongoing commitment to quality and quality improvement, · Fostering close working relationships with our clients and other project partners such as suppliers and sub-contractors, · Enhancing our reputation as a Company which can be relied upon as consistently delivering quality projects which represent real value for money, and · Adopting an attitude to each and every product and activity carried out by – Doing the right thing, Doing it the right way, Doing it right every time.
