At Diversified, the first stage of all our projects consists of a thorough assessment of environmental, quality and HSE requirements, before any onsite works commence. Our in-house policies comply with Quality AS/NZ 9001 and HSE AS/NZ 4801.
We have established a culture of safety within the company that promotes continuous operational improvements. Formal processes are in place to guide all facets of works incorporating a dedicated, companywide approach to safe work practises. This has been achieved through a strong commitment to safety from management and is overseen by our full time safety advisor. We continually develop and promote innovative work practises to achieve higher safety standards and improved efficiency.
Diversified is dedicated to providing a safe workplace for all employees, contractors and visitors to our headquarters and work sites. All works require pre-start procedures incorporating SWMS, JSAs and thorough training of staff for all required tasks.
